Hey there. This is Chad. I'm just sending this express reverence for the podcast you two have put together. I've listened to several episodes now. And you two are just doing incredible work. Thanks so much for listening to your intuition to put this all together! Looking forward to speaking with you on Sunday.
Hi Kaylee and Kristyn! I'm really enjoying your podcast episodes. I lost my wife 7 years ago after an 18 month battle with breast cancer. My kids were 8 and 11 when she died. It's been an incredibly difficult but ultimately beautiful journey. If you're interested in a husband's story of loss, I'm happy to speak with you. -Chad
Hey double K! Kaylee, this is Sarah Paris--Betsy's old friend that you met last year at the dog rescue. I just wanted to #1, let you both know that as I work from home, I just binged a bunch of episodes. So, so good. So important. And I pray it reaches a ton of people. Although I've never lost a significant other, my little brother died in 2020 (I have 4 brothers). My Wtf moment was when a "friend" said, "Well, don't you have, like, a lot of brothers?" Also, as a writer, I have a piece titled "Why We Freak Out Around Raw Grief" published in YourTango & Age of Empathy--it echoes a lot of what you share here. I'd love to do a write-up on the podcast & your stories sometime in 2025, too, if you're down. Man, this podcast is so profound and important. Thank you for doing this and I pray your audience continues to grow!! You ladies rock!! ❤️❤️
